The Power of Partnership

21 years of marriage to Eric Conner has taught me that a great partnership is all about balancing strategy and operations.

In honor of Valentines Day, I thought I’d switch gears here.

Big picture plans? We've got plenty. But actually executing them? That's where the real magic happens (or where things get interesting). Between social marathons, last-minute adventures, movie screenings, comedy shows, volunteer work, sporting events, doctor appointments, school drop off, meal prep, and more… and a never-ending to-do list, life is basically a case study in love and logistics.

Turns out, the same applies at work. The best teams don't just dream up big ideas: they figure out how to make them happen. They adjust when things don't go as planned, divide and conquer when needed, and trust that they're working toward the same goal. Focusing on the details, while always remembering the big picture.

So here's to great partnerships - at home and in the office. 🍻

Because whether it's a romance, friendship or business, success comes down to the marriage between strategy and execution. (Isn’t that romantic?🥰)
