  • How long do companies usually work with you?
It depends. Some engagements last a few months to get systems in place. Others last a year or more, especially if we’re helping scale the business. We start with a 1 - 3 month commitment, depending on the service we are providing. We don't lock you into long term contracts. We like to show value without tying you down.
  • Do you offer one-off projects, or only ongoing work?
Both. Some clients bring me in for a short, focused project. Others keep me on part-time as their ongoing COO or advisor.

  • What is a Fractional Executive?
Think of us as your part-time ally. You get executive-level expertise without the full-time salary or long-term commitment. Not at all. We make them work better. We help your teams and partners get aligned, clear, and focused so their efforts improve results.
  • What makes your approach different?
I combine numbers and process with people and empathy. I don’t just hand you a spreadsheet or slide deck — I make sure your team can actually use the changes we put in place.
  • Can you work with my existing team and systems?
Absolutely. I step into what you already have and make it stronger, rather than forcing you into something brand new.

Often they’re smart, successful, a bit overwhelmed - and fun to work with! We thrive on having interesting and curious clients.
  • What does your pricing look like?
Pricing depends on scope and time commitment. Some clients start with a flat project fee, others with a monthly retainer. We’ll design something that fits your stage and goals.
