Hi, I’m Lauren.

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate disability services while also trying to do what’s best for yourself or someone you love.

After years of navigating services for my own family, I created ZAZ Family Solutions to help individuals and families make sense of complicated systems, understand their options, and feel less alone in the process.

I bring both lived experience and a problem-solving mindset to this work. Sometimes that means helping you prepare for a Regional Center meeting or navigate the Self-Determination Program. Other times, it means helping you organize all the moving pieces, find resources, ask better questions, or simply figure out what to do next.

Together, we can:

  • Understand the different services and resources that may be available to you

  • Prepare for Regional Center, Individual Program Plan (IPP), and Self-Determination (SDP) conversations

  • Organize information, priorities, questions, and next steps

  • Identify resources and build connections within the disability community

  • Create practical tools and systems that make everyday navigation more manageable

  • Help you feel more prepared and confident advocating for yourself or your family
