Who We Are

At ZAZ, we are multifaceted, like the people and organizations we support. We’re fun, curious, and a little bit data-obsessed. We ask questions, listen closely, and find patterns that lead to progress.

We care about where you've been. And we’re here to help shape what comes next.

Lauren Zaslansky Conner

Founder and CEO, ZAZ

ZAZ Business Solutions | ZAZ Family Solutions

Before founding ZAZ Business Solutions, Lauren held executive and senior leadership roles at Disney, MGA Entertainment/Little Tikes, and multiple startups across consumer products, ecommerce, licensing, and end-of-life services. She is known for aligning strategy and execution to drive revenue, build teams, and lead companies through growth and transition.

By blending operational rigor with empathy, Lauren helps business owners get out of the weeds and build scalable systems. She keeps things honest and accessible, often translating between different departments and functions in consumer products companies. By connecting marketing, sales, and finance, she transforms scattered efforts into sustainable, strategic momentum.

Lauren brings that same combination of problem-solving, organization, and empathy to ZAZ Family Solutions. Drawing on years of personal experience navigating disability services for her own family, as well as her training as a California Self-Determination Program Independent Facilitator, she helps individuals and families understand their options, navigate Regional Center services, and turn an often-overwhelming process into clear, manageable next steps.

Born and raised in suburban New York, Lauren now lives in beautiful sunny Burbank, California, with her bearded husband Eric, two teenage sons, and two crazy dogs. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Today, Lauren brings her corporate rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, and lived experience to both sides of ZAZ Business Solutions, helping businesses uncover hidden profit and helping individuals and families navigate disability services with greater clarity and confidence.
