This past past weekend, Eric Conner and I celebrated our anniversary with a week that perfectly captured us: latke making, Edgar Allan Poe at the Dark Library, city-wide arts events, and dancing at a Back to the Future-themed party - never a dull moment.


Here’s what 22 years taught me about partnerships (business and personal):

1. The magic is in the mix of old and new, honor traditions but keep creating fresh memories

2. Shared interests, build connection, but so does embracing each other’s quirks (and the nagging, dragging and sagging)

3. The messy moments often make the best stories later
